Have you ever had an insane urge to add kettlebells to your workout regime? You know, those spheriod doo-dads that have a huge handle by which you can swing them all over the place (ideally not letting go)?
Kettlebells are great conditioning tools! What I like myself about them is that it feels like more muscles are being engaged than by using dumbbells (I can turn my wrist easier during swings/flys/etc.). I’ll show you where to get kettlebells for a discount at the end of the post.
