Free fitness journals or diaries online
One of the best ways to keep your fitness and/or dieting journey on pace and in step is to write down your successes, your failures, your wishes, your goals…and to see how others support you as well.
I found such things to be extremely useful myself - whenever I’d run into a plateau or learned how to achieve one! whole! magnificent! pullup by myself etc., it was great to share it with like-minded individuals as well.

You can see my own weight-loss journal that I kept over at IAMFIRE’s Journey. After I had approached my goal, I stopped logging my activities…but still continued to maintain the health I have to this day.
Communities are great support! You should certainly poke around to find the ones that harmonize with your karma in the best possible way - your fitness goals will thank you for them.
