Perfect Pushups - The REAL story

Morning!

Have you ever seen the infomercials for Perfect Pushups, those loverly thingees that provide you with handles that rotate and allow you to do rather intense pushups?

I bought them for myself and have to admit - they made pushups ‘way more difficult for me.  I greatly enjoyed teaching my upper body to stabilize itself when executing very *slow* pushups….talk about a killer workout!

But apparently, the load-bearing portion at any given time is not the weak part of the plastic, and they do feel sturdy. In closing, if you can get the Perfect Pushup at a discount at Target or Walmart or ebay, I’d say…go for it!  You hardly ever have to pay retail when it comes to fitness thingees like this (Remember, places like Sports Authority will often offer a 25% coupon for a one item purchase every now and then).
